Return & Exchange Policy

Customized stitching:

Customized stitching orders may necessitate an additional 7 business days for completion.
Stitched orders are crafted specifically upon receiving an advance payment, with production commencing on the subsequent business day.
We strive to expedite order dispatch and continually work on shortening delivery times.
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, payment will be collected upon delivery to the shipping address.

Shipping Charges/Policy:

Within Pakistan: Enjoy free delivery for orders exceeding PKR 3000/-
Outside Pakistan: Shipping charges are calculated during checkout based on package size and destination.

Refund and Exchange Policy:

Puri Official does not offer refunds but permits exchanges under specific circumstances. Items purchased from our online store can be exchanged if they remain unused with the original label and tag intact. Exchanges are only applicable for local orders.
For international orders, exchanges are only allowed if the wrong item is delivered or if the product is faulty.
Sale items are eligible for exchange only if an incorrect order is delivered.
Exchange requests must be made within 14 days of receiving the goods.

Refund and Exchange Procedure:

Puri Official does not provide refunds or exchanges once an order is processed. However, you can request an exchange if you receive the wrong item or if the product is damaged or faulty. Our customer care representative will assist you in scheduling the exchange.

Order Cancellation:

You have the option to cancel your order at any time before it is processed. Once the order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information. After shipment, our exchange policy applies.
Puri Official reserves the right to cancel orders for reasons such as out-of-stock items, pricing errors, or declined credit card payments by the issuing financial institution.
