Expected delivery time:

For Pakistan: 7-10 Days (Pakistan) For International Clients: 10-15 Days unstitched and 15-21 for Stitched Articles

Delivery charges:

For orders, less than 3000, a flat Rs 200 delivery charge will be applicable For orders above 3000, we will are offering free delivery

An Email is sent on to your provided contact details. You can respond back to us if there's any change required in the order or once the order is placed it will be considered as confirmed.

Courier?

We are primarily using Leopards Courier but it is dependent on the efficiency of the courier. In case there are some unexpected delays in one provider we may switch to another option to ensure minimum delivery time and maximum value to our customers.

(Note: Colour variation may be present due to lighting effects)

Refund and Exchange Policy:

• Puri Official does not offer refunds but permits exchanges under specific circumstances. Items purchased from our online store can be exchanged if they remain unused with the original label and tag intact. Exchanges are only applicable for local orders.
• For international orders, exchanges are only allowed if the wrong item is delivered or if the product is faulty.
• Sale items are eligible for exchange only if an incorrect order is delivered.
• Exchange requests must be made within 14 days of receiving the goods.

Refund and Exchange Procedure:

• Puri Official does not provide refunds or exchanges once an order is processed. However, you can request an exchange if you receive the wrong item or if the product is damaged or faulty.
