Courier?

We are primarily using Leopards Courier but it is dependent on the efficiency of the courier. In case there are some unexpected delays in one provider we may switch to another option to ensure minimum delivery time and maximum value to our customers.

Refund and Exchange Policy:

• Puri Official does not offer refunds but permits exchanges under specific circumstances. Items purchased from our online store can be exchanged if they remain unused with the original label and tag intact. Exchanges are only applicable for local orders.
